Project
Manager
The Project Manager receives your documents,
reviews them and sends you an estimate.
On
confirmation of your order, the Project Manager makes a note of your instructions
regarding the deadline and other requirements, analyses and
earmarks the project to one or several translators whose CV
and experience corresponds to your needs.
Translator
Our translator is a native speaker or one
holding near-native proficiency, having at least a Master's
degree in the target language. He/She translates the document;
verifies and submits the translation with a certificate stating
that he/she has carried out the translation to the best of
his/her ability and that the message in the source language
has been integrally translated into the target language and
checked by him/her.
DTP
Expert
The DTP Expert carries out the layout and
page design as requested, creates a mirror-image of the original
in case there are no special directions using a format of
your choice.
Proof Reader
Our Proof Reader checks the translated text
for language and formatting, compares it with the source text
and the list of your instructions to correct any overlooked
grammatical or spelling discrepancies.
He/She double checks with the translator in case of any doubt
before submitting the translation with his certificate to
the Project Manager.
Reviser
(optional)
A second translator with preferably more
subject specific experience revises the text and returns the
document with his remarks, which are incorporated in consultation
with the translator.
Project
Manager
The Project Manager receives the final text
in the proper format, verifies the document for its compliance
with your instructions and sends you the document with our
invoice.
